Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Operations Manager to join our Operations Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of operational activities, from process design and implementation to team leadership and performance monitoring, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This critical position requires a leader with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to optimize complex processes and manage high-performing teams to meet and exceed business
objectives.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Operational Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic operational goals and objectives, utilizing data analytics to establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Product Development), vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and resolve issues, acting as a critical liaison to optimize overall business flow.
- Compliance and Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement efficient operational processes, ensuring continuous compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations (including labor laws specific to India), and internal policies.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 18+ years of progressive experience in an operations management role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing complex operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of operational methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
- Proven ability in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams, coupled with exceptional communication and financial acumen for effective budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree is preferred.
Skills Required
