The role will be responsible for helping define a holistic plan for strategic efforts assigned that support the business strategy for the company and specific regional teams; ensure execution, monitoring and control of the Program and confirm and report status, health and progress over the deliverables expected and needed from each workstreams or project within the program/s assigned.

The execution of the role includes maintaining the program’s documentation organized, develop presentations for communication to senior leadership, ensure proper and timely risk management, define and execute a communication model that efficiently supports the flow of the information within the stakeholders, program sponsor and business direct responsible individuals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Execute a structured planning, monitoring of deliverables, problem resolution, status reporting, and detailed risk management at a program level (various projects or workstreams running in parallel).

  • Ensure proper tracking of efforts, milestones, tasks, and timelines within the programs assigned and escalate issues to the right stakeholders when they are impacting or risking the health of the initiatives and therefore the achievement of the strategy being supported.

  • Perform duties and make recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures on project management and operations.

  • Responsible for ensuring execution of the program within the standardized processes and materials used to monitor, control and report status over the progress of the programs.

  • Manage the day-to-day performance across the active stakeholders and the departments and processes represented in any program assigned.

  • Identify and help solve in an organized manner for the operational processes or efforts that must be included in the execution and monitoring of the programs assigned.

  • Ensure the resolution and execution of the efforts assigned are in accordance with the business requirements (compliance, regulations, information security, agent security, resources, customer and agent support processes, configurations in the field, technology reality and dependencies, etc.)

Role Requirements

  • Major degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar career fields.

  • +10 years’ experience working in project and/or program management and a clear understanding of the lean framework.

  • +4 years’ experience working in the business or sales operations fields.

  • Fluent in English and proficient with project tools.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior management levels as well as to team members in execution of a program

  • Multicultural experience is important to succeed and be able to connect with geographically distributed teams.

  • Project Management Certification, Scale Agile, Scrum or related trainings are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.
