Job DescriptionTo lead and manage Practices and drive the implementation of the Operations Excellence (OE) Management system to enable the competitive advantage of the organisation and to be a key enabler in professionalising business operations across the Bank by measuring and improving maturity and operational processes and skills to extract efficiencies with the client in mind. To implement and deliver OE mindsets, skillsets and toolsets (solutions) that result in measurable shifts in performance.
QualificationsBachelor of Information Technology, Industrial or Chemical Engineering Degree.
Additional InformationExperience:
- 5-7 years' experience as a leader with a proven organisational capability and profound knowledge of the full dimension of the Technology & Operations field with specific focus on maturing and improving operational practices.
Key Impact Areas:
- Act as a deep specialist in order to become an enabling capability for the Business Line leaders and to see the client deliver success. Collaborate closely with Business Line leaders to understand their strategic objectives and drive success of these strategic objectives through the delivery of OE and Automation projects.
- Act as the Process Automation and Operations Excellence subject matter expert on a defined practice area to provide thought leadership and advice to senior leaders across the Bank in order to expand the practice and COE.
- Drive the implementation of Process Automation and Operations Excellence projects and changes to ensure project success.
- Monitor first line investigation testing for system changes, fixes and enhancements to support project and business objectives.
- Engage and inform business partners and support areas of pre and post project plans to maintain project deliverables and operational deliverables.
