Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Market Integration leads cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless transition of LRE’s new assets from construction to commercial operations. Responsible for developing and executing readiness strategies, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders on key milestones, and ensuring that LRE meets all operational and market participation requirements prior to project COD. Oversees readiness tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across engineering, operations, compliance, interconnection and market integration functions to drive successful project handoff.
Responsibilities:
Complete RTO/ISO market participant registrations, working with Commissioning Manager.
Enhance training program supporting asset onboarding performance testing and trial operations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Commissioning Manager to align EPC schedule and required ISO/RTO registration/operational milestones (back-feed, test requirements, etc.) for testing and to achieve COD in alignment with PPA commitments.
Partner with Commissioning Manager to achieve milestones and complete submissions to ISO/RTO for successful transition to operations.
Coordinate with Project Execution to include market registration (including data interconnectivity requirements) milestones in P6 to align EPC milestones with market readiness process.
In partnership with Legal, support Market Participant Scheduling Coordinator and QSE certification efforts in identified regions to ensure market readiness of LRE assets and Energy Services.
Collaborate with Asset Management in relationship management with PPA off-takers and lenders, for RFIs and data requests.
Establish and maintain all program policies and procedures
Serve as primary point of contact for ISO/RTO customer relations staff
Monitor, and participate as necessary, in ISO/RTO transmission/generation planning processes
Monitor regulatory/administrative proceedings at PUCT and FERC
Provide periodic updates on potential market rule/tariff changes and PUCT/FERC review and approval that are likely to affect LRE’s participation in the market.
Develop a team of professionals to perform program obligations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or STEM required.
Five to Ten years' experience as an ISO market registration and regulatory reporting lead
Ability to understand and work with EPC schedules.
Strong background with of ISO, NERC and FERC regulatory and operational requirements.
Experience with commercialization of assets.
Ability to analyze and organize data to drive solutions and action plans.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple information requests.
Ability to meet deadlines and organize workflows.
Proficient with Excel, Power Point and Word
- Physical Demands:
This position may travel up to 20% of time
Position will require sitting for long periods of time as well as occasionally lifting up to twenty-pound boxes.
