The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Commercialized Solutions, will be responsible for defining and executing our omnichannel commercialized solutions strategy as it relates to digital order journey, customer tools and education, and clinical intervention to support the Health100 vision. An aptitude for using data and insights to inform strategy, a passion for the customer and clinical experiences, and bringing easy-to-use solutions to life is essential to the role.
Engaging and inspiring a small team and building strong partnerships across many cross-functional colleagues are also key components to success. The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Commercialized Solutions, will be required to interface with various stakeholders including digital product, digital engineering, store operations, the retail field organization, data and analytics partners, marketing and voice of customer partners, IT teams, and senior leaders within retail and across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include:
STRATEGY & OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT
- Lead market research, competitive assessments, and opportunity evaluations to identify customer and client needs, emerging trends, market opportunities, and strategic growth areas, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop strategic perspectives on new and existing clinical intervention opportunities including market sizing, risk-benefit assessment, commercial viability, and recommendations for sustainable growth strategies.
- Influence strategic priorities and investment decisions through data-driven analyses, opportunity sizing, business case development, and executive-level recommendations.
- Lead the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of strategic initiatives that leverage enterprise assets, capabilities, and delivery models to create clinical, operational, financial, and customer value.
- Develop and maintain business cases, value propositions, and evidence packages that quantify and demonstrate customer, client, clinical, operational, and financial impact for internal stakeholders, clients, and prospective partners.
PILOT EVALUATION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and outcomes validation plans prior to launch to ensure program effectiveness and business impact can be accurately measured and evaluated.
- Lead pilot design, measurement, and evaluation activities generating credible proof points and insights that support program optimization, scaling, commercialization, and client growth.
- Monitor and optimize product and program performance post-launch leveraging customer, clinical, operational, and financial performance data to assess effectiveness, validate outcomes, and maximize value realization.
- Identify opportunities to improve outcomes and maximize value proactively recommending and implementing enhancements based on performance insights, customer feedback, market dynamics, and evolving business needs.
- Create and execute continuous improvement plans to drive sustained growth, scalability, customer and client satisfaction, and business impact throughout the product and program lifecycle.
EXECUTION, INFLUENCE & LEADERSHIP
- Partner cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, analytics, clinical, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and manage innovative solutions that improve patient experiences, operational effectiveness, and long-term business outcomes.
- Scope, lead, and review complex quantitative and qualitative analyses that generate critical insights, answer key business questions, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop compelling executive-level narratives, recommendations, and presentation materials that synthesize findings across multiple initiatives into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing team members by setting direction, prioritizing work, providing coaching and feedback, building capabilities, and ensuring deliverables are completed with excellence and on time.
- Operate effectively as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor flexing between player and coach roles as business needs require, with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, health management, product management, product or business development
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues
- 3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life
- Travel - Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis

Bachelor's degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
