Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, NSR Global Data Stewardship is responsible for the integrity, automation and evolution of the enterprise NSR data domain — the single source of truth for bottler volume and revenue across 195 countries and 161 bottling partners, serving 8,500 associates.

This is a global leadership role evolving from reactive operations toward proactive, observable, AI-driven data quality. The role owns operational stewardship, quality management and continuous improvement of NSR master data, ingestion and business operations, while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, bottling partners, technical teams and global delivery partners to ensure complete, accurate and timely revenue and volume data.

The successful candidate will govern the data, help drive use cases for automation and scale the platform through driving governance discipline alongside intelligent automation so that NSR remains a trusted, cost-efficient backbone for enterprise reporting, planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Global Data Stewardship & Governance

  • Serve as the Global Data Steward and subject-matter expert for the NSR data domain.

  • Ensure governance policies, stewardship standards and operational controls are applied consistently across NSR processes.

  • Partner with Enterprise Data Governance, Finance, Commercial and NSR Product teams to align business objectives with data standards.

  • Drive stewardship accountability for master data, hierarchy management, reference data and related business rules, and escalate risks to data integrity or platform performance.

NSR Data Operations & Data Quality Management

  • Own the end-to-end stewardship process for bottler volume and revenue data ingestion into NSR for LATAM.

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness across data collection, validation, transformation and loading.

  • Lead month-end close readiness and support timely completion of fiscal reporting requirements.

  • Develop and monitor data quality controls, KPIs, SLAs and stewardship metrics; investigate and resolve issues while implementing preventive controls.

Global Delivery & Vendor Leadership

  • Lead the global managed-delivery model (e.g. Cognizant in LATAM, Genpact in EMEA), owning performance frameworks, individual-level tracking and a clear separation of BAU / Incidents / Projects / DQF.

  • Review and approve operational procedures, work instructions and service-delivery standards; monitor performance against service levels and quality targets.

  • Coordinate escalations, issue resolution and service enhancements, and maintain continuity, backup and operational-resiliency measures.

Master Data & Hierarchy Management

  • Partner with the ISSCOM Operations team to create and maintain enterprise reference data and Bottler Product Package (BPP) codes.

  • Collaborate with bottling partners and internal stakeholders to standardize hierarchy mappings across markets.

  • Ensure master data structures support enterprise reporting, analytics and operational requirements, and govern new master data requirements as business needs evolve.

Platform Evolution & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive modernization initiatives that improve NSR scalability, performance, automation and user experience (including Fabric/Synapse and DX 2.0 data-exchange direction).

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and analytics teams to deliver improvements that enhance platform capability.

  • Establish best practices, standards and documentation; support testing, deployment and adoption of enhancements and new functionality.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with Finance, Strategy, Commercial, NSR Product, Data Governance, IT and Bottling Partners across LATAM, EMEA, Africa and APAC.

  • Translate complex data issues and business impacts for both technical and non-technical audiences, and serve as the escalation point for data-related decisions.

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to resolve operational challenges and advance strategic priorities, and drive adoption of stewardship practices and NSR standards.

Enablement, Reporting & Performance

  • Establish knowledge repositories, SOPs and training/onboarding materials for internal users and bottling partners; promote knowledge sharing across the global NSR community.

  • Monitor operational performance through data quality metrics, SLAs and business KPIs, and build reporting/dashboards that give transparency into platform and stewardship effectiveness.

  • Analyze trends, identify root causes and implement corrective actions; support leadership reporting with recommendations for strategic improvement.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field.

  • Master's Degree preferred.

  • Certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, Agile, Project Management, AI/Analytics or Business Analytics are preferred.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data platforms and operational data management processes.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex master data and business-critical reporting environments.

  • Experience delivering AI-enabled or automation solutions (e.g. Copilot Studio, Power Automate, agentic/AIML) in an operational context — strongly preferred.

  • Experience leading managed-service partners and outsourced operational delivery models.

  • Experience supporting financial, sales, revenue or commercial reporting data domains, and driving data quality and process-improvement initiatives.
