Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing a team that leads the development of infrastructure systems, network releases, operational regulation enhancements and network off-cycle projects. Define and implement a monitoring program for customer adherence to high-risk operational regulations. Provides expertise to identify regulatory enhancement required to international operating regulations along with additional enhancement opportunities. Delivers management oversight for settlement risk remediation program for the international network.
Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.
How You'll Do It
  • Translates business goals of projects and directs the team in developing solutions that result in positive customer experiences.
  • Manages a team including hire, performance, coaching, and development decisions.
  • Communicates project issues and achievements to the business and management.
  • Plans, implements, and executes projects aligning to the appropriate release cycles.
  • Analyzes and develops requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.
  • Interact with external customers to gather feedback and provide expertise specific to operating regulations
  • Plans for timely remediation settlement risk remediation program

Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors Information Technology or related
  • Networking or IT, or related experience

Preferred Requirements
  • Masters Information Technology
  • Networking, IT, Payments, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Communications or related experience
  • Other: Cisco Industry Certification - CCNA or higher, ITIL foundations, or related certification
