About the role:

Responsible for the operations of secure and reliable computing platforms, servers, and networks. Assists in the support, maintenance, continual improvement of Axiom's Global IT infrastructure. Supervises and assists with the implementation and maintenance of Axiom’s IT Infrastructure needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate Axiom IT Infrastructure related projects and operations
• Manage vendor relationships as they relate to Axiom IT Infrastructure
• Design, develop, implement, assist and coordinate IT systems, policies and procedures
• Assist with ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and systems functionality to contribute to organizational IT policy
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Project management skills
• Working experience as an Senior systems administrator or relevant experience with Office 365 and AWS knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year school or a minimum of seven years of related work experience with a successful track record

• After-hours / weekend work is necessary to minimize the impact of system changes to end users and to ensure project timelines are met

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Chicago is $115,000 - 129,000. You will also be eligible to participate in our Annual Bonus Plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for a Senior Manager level role in our IT business unit.
