Leadership Skills
- Experience managing teams of 7–10 engineers
- Strong stakeholder communication and delivery management skills
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 7–8 software engineers
- Drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise applications
- Provide strong technical leadership in Python or .NET technologies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams for project execution
- Ensure coding standards, scalability, performance, and best engineering practices
- Mentor and guide team members on technical and career growth
- Participate in hiring, team planning, and performance management
- Work on modern engineering practices including cloud, microservices, APIs, and automation
- Contribute to GenAI-related initiatives, integrations, or AI-enabled features where applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product engineering or enterprise application development
- Exposure to scalable distributed systems
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Prior experience working with AI/automation initiatives is preferred
