Modifly is seeking a full-time Senior Manager, Media Strategy with a strong passion for performance marketing and digital media strategy. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across key accounts, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel approach that aligns with client objectives. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members, driving both performance and team growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee omni-channel, performance-driven media strategies, including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and KPI development.
  • Lead client planning discussions to support the development of business objectives and strategic roadmaps, while providing insights for ongoing performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the media point person for high-level strategy discussions.
  • Own the execution of paid advertising campaigns across all channels, including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting, testing, and optimization
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies for achieving client KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within key accounts and collaborate with account leads to propose new services.
  • Enhance media processes and ways of working, ensuring best practices in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Support the professional development of junior team members through training, delegation, and coaching
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring accountability and responsiveness.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in digital marketing and provide ongoing learning opportunities for the team.

Requirements:

  • 5-9+ years of experience in media strategy and performance marketing
  • Strong background in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising platforms; experience with retail platforms is a plus
  • Ability to craft cohesive strategies based on client goals, audience insights, and industry trends
  • Experience working in a creative agency or closely with creative departments to develop campaign concepts and testing strategies
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to respond to situations swiftly
  • High level of self-accountability and strong project management skills, with the capacity to operate independently
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of each channel
  • Familiarity with a startup environment and the flexibility required to succeed in it.
