SALARY: $129,600 - 153,900, bonus eligible and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Portfolio Media Strategy & Investment supports media planning, investment stewardship, and operational excellence across the portfolio. Working closely with the broader media team, cross-functional Connections partners, media agencies, and media partners, this role helps ensure media investments align with business objectives, planning best practices, and portfolio priorities.
This individual serves as a key resource for the broader media team, helping drive process improvements, share best practices, and support efficient planning and investment decision-making across brands. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while bringing strong media planning, digital media, and commerce media expertise.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Media Support
Support portfolio-level media planning and investment initiatives across brands.
Assist in the stewardship, tracking, and optimization of media investments across the portfolio.
Monitor media marketplace developments and share relevant trends, opportunities, and implications with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness and investment efficiency.
Support relationships with media partners and industry contacts.
Commerce Media Support
Partner with agencies and brand teams to support commerce media planning, execution, and performance management.
Assist in developing retailer-specific recommendations, investment frameworks, and performance reviews.
Support day-to-day planning and optimization discussions with agency partners.
Consolidate learnings and recommendations across brands to inform future commerce media investments.
Process & Operational Excellence
Help streamline media planning processes, tools, and ways of working across brands.
Maintain planning templates, trackers, calendars, and investment documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, efficiency, and consistency across teams.
Support portfolio-wide planning cycles, presentations, and reporting requirements.
Capability Building & Best Practices
Serve as a resource for media planning and investment best practices.
Support training and education efforts across the organization.
Share marketplace updates, case studies, and cross-brand learnings with stakeholders.
Help identify, evaluate, and scale media innovation opportunities, including influencer partnerships, emerging platforms, and audience-first approaches that support growth among younger and high-potential consumer segments.
Promote consistent media planning approaches while accommodating unique brand needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, investment, or activation.
Media agency experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital media, social, video, streaming, commerce media, and traditional media channels.
Experience managing agency deliverables and planning processes.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting large media budgets and performance reporting.
Ability to synthesize information, connect learnings across brands, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Deep understanding of media planning and investment fundamentals.
Strong digital and commerce media expertise.
