The Role

As the Senior Manager, Measurement Platform – Product Analyst, you will serve as a key individual contributor within the Marketing Domains’ Strategy and Operations team. In this role you will bridge marketing and technology, driving measurable business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. 

You will be responsible for developing Marketing Measurement technology capabilities, through translating marketer business needs into detailed technology requirements to enable marketing success. Your experience in understanding industry insights and the competitive landscape will allow you to support growing business needs and measurement modernization.

As a leader, your ability to communicate and present effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt to evolving business priorities will be a big part of your success. This role requires regular collaboration with internal business partners and technology teams to align on shared goals.

This role supports the Marketing Measurement Product Area, focusing on delivering modernized measurement capabilities.

Focus areas will encompass:

  • Demonstrative experience in enterprise-level enablement, normalizing business measurement requirements to enable multi-level reporting from c-suite to associate level reporting
  • Proficiency with measurement and data visualization platforms, dashboards, and practices (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI), as well as advanced targeting and data platforms (Segment CDP, Snowflake) to optimize reporting efficacy.
  • Act as a conduit between marketing partners and development teams, supporting measurement transformation and enablement across squads.
  • Engage in problem-solving efforts related to product development and marketing.
  • Expert level ability to evaluate and interpret new requests, prioritize based on business value, and serve as the primary conduit gathering, refining, and translating product or implementation requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Refined ability to deliver senior-level presentations, roadmaps, and artifacts that effectively communicate the value, execution approach, and timing of complex deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a key participant in our team-based implementation workflows: actively participate in routines to monitor progress, refine epics and stories, and coordinate acceptance/release delivery with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact/liaison across marketing users and technology teams (internal and third-party vendor sourced), ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Partner with the Program Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters to maintain a transparent and accurate view of the product backlog and roadmap using Jira based tools.
  • Identify gaps, risks or opportunities, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering counterparts on solution design.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Solutions, Digital Solutions, Engineering, Marketing Measurement, Marketing Operations or within an advertising agency
  • Proven ability to anticipate challenges, design scalable frameworks, and deliver innovative solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent program management skills, facilitating cross-team delivery,
  • Experience collaborating across teams to identify and propose relevant solutions, define objectives, and develop requirements, epics, and stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
  • Leader with strong facilitation and influencing skills, enabling cross-functional teams to align on shared goals prioritize effectively, and maintain clear communication.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and standardized documentation to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Intellectually curious and a continuous learner keeping up to date with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends 
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Excel, and Tableau for reporting, prioritization, and analytics, driving data-informed decision making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Domain expertise: Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
    • Web Development, Content Management Systems, Targeting & Optimization Platforms, Digital Marketing, AdTech Solutions, Communication Platforms, Measurement Platforms
