Senior Manager, MD Office (Strategy & Analytics)

We are hiring for the Senior Manager, MD Office position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Director, MD Office. You will also work closely with the MD office team and other senior leaders to identify and execute high-priority initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic insights: Lead the extraction and analysis of complex business data to uncover trends, develop comprehensive dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations that influence company strategy.
• Lead high-priority initiatives: Own and lead the framing and execution of cross-functional projects that deliver significant impact to our top and bottom line (e.g., build investment proposals, identify and implement levers to increase GMV or reduce costs).
• Collaborate and manage stakeholders across teams: Proactively engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Product, and other relevant departments. Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful cross-functional project execution to track performance and improve outcomes.
• Enable executive decision-making: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and in-depth analyses to senior leadership, guiding company strategy and operations. Take ownership of presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in roles that are analytical, fast-paced, and business-oriented—ideally in e-commerce, tech, consulting, or banking.
• Proficient in SQL / BigQuery and dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker Studio.
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Slides, with a keen eye for visual storytelling through data.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities—resilient, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to work across diverse teams and clearly articulate complex information to various stakeholders.
• Open to feedback and eager to grow—humility and curiosity are a must.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
