In this role you will lead master data operations for selected processes and data objects, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across markets. You will be central to how our enterprise operates: enabling reliable, trusted data for faster decision-making, smoother integrations and compliant execution. You will work closely with senior leaders to anticipate future needs and shape the roadmap for how data services evolve.

Accountabilities:

  • Enterprise Data Operations Leadership: Lead a global/ regional organization of service delivery and Data Office roles to deliver to the highest standard, aligned to global processes and controls.
  • High-Performance Culture and People Leadership: Build leadership strength within the team, raise engagement, and provide focused coaching; manage performance and enable growth and career progression for diverse talent.
  • Stakeholder Partnership and One Team: Forge strong relationships across GBS, Marketing Companies, IT and other functions; role-model a One Team mentality to align priorities and unlock enterprise value.
  • Service Excellence and Measurement: Design and refine meaningful KPIs for transparency, excellent service delivery and chargeback where required; ensure service levels meet or exceed agreed performance standards; embed a customer service culture.
  • Process Standardisation and Best Practice: Drive standardisation of global processes with Global Process Owners, Delivery Directors and key stakeholders; ensure processes align with best practices and are documented, current and auditable.
  • Continuous Improvement and Productivity: Lead transformations and process re-engineering that improve quality, speed and cost; run a pipeline of continuous improvement and productivity initiatives to scale impact.
  • Strategy and Operating Model: Contribute to Data Office strategy and drive the 2030 mission and vision; influence stakeholders to shape an efficient operating model and organizational design; lead organizational changes that support strategic priorities.
  • Data, Technology and Automation: Champion AI and automation initiatives across service lines to improve data quality and throughput; ensure SAP-enabled master data operations are robust, future-ready and integrated across S/4HANA and related platforms.
  • Program Orchestration and Change: Orchestrate programs of work and land them into live services; lead change management to secure adoption and sustained benefits across countries and business boundaries.
  • Governance and Risk Management: Ensure policies, processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, up-to-date and followed; uphold controls and compliance while enabling pace and innovation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in function’s strategy development and implementation 
  • Experience in leading organizational changes focused on process, organization and cost efficiency 
  • Proven track of continuous improvement and productivity initiatives 
  • Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries 
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Extensive data management process experience (development, management and application of) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English 
  • Ability to use a range of influencing techniques 
  • Significant experience of SAP technology including MDM and S/4 Hana solutions 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively 
  • Proven experience of change management 
  • At least 10 or more years of people management experience in multinational environment 
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with SAP MDG both implementation and daily process delivery 
  • Experience in delivering services in BPO model
