We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Production Lead - Korea to head a stunning team responsible for campaign production, creative operations and project management across our marketing campaigns for titles, slate and brand. The Marketing Production team plays a critical role in bringing creative ideas to life, partnering closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to connect our stories with audiences worldwide.

The Role 

As the Marketing Production Lead, you will oversee the KR marketing production team, managing the end-to-end production of all promotional assets across Korean titles, as well as slate and brand campaigns. 

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and deep expertise in campaign production. You will thrive in an environment that bridges creative production needs with operational excellence, serving as a hands-on leader for the team.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in marketing production, with the ability to lead both creatively and operationally. You will balance strategic thinking with strong creative instincts to guide your team effectively.

This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Korea Marketing Production team, managing overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resources; report to the Marketing Director, Korea

  • Develop and optimize workflows for project management and creative development across all media to drive production efficiency

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Publicity, Product Merchandising) to ensure creative and operational excellence; serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters

  • Lead the team as brand advocates, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and that standards are clearly communicated to internal and external partners

  • Manage and continuously improve internal workflows and processes, collaborating with cross-functional leads to navigate challenges and drive solutions

  • Act as a key regional point of contact, providing leadership and guidance to the broader team and producer network

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships by defining scope of work, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring effective execution

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience, preferably within an entertainment or lifestyle brand, creative agency, or production agency, with a focus on leading creative production or marketing-led project management teams

  • Strong passion for team leadership, with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

  • Proven experience managing a high volume of campaigns simultaneously, driving scale and efficiency while collaborating with diverse teams

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, analytical, and conflict resolution skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong agency and brand partnerships, fostering long-term, productive relationships through continuous feedback

  • A natural leader who empowers teams to take ownership, while effectively designing and articulating creative production workflows

  • A systems thinker who leverages technology to improve team efficiency and output

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with strong judgment and intellectual curiosity in ambiguous situations

  • Agile, goal-oriented, and driven, with a willingness to take on challenges

  • Fluency in both English and Korean
