(Senior) Manager, Marketing Operations

payers with unique healthcare solutions aimed at reducing obesity, improving employee health,
and lowering company healthcare costs. Our integrated GLP-1 medication weight management
program utilizes state-of-the-art at-home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth
services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence
and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.
Role Overview
You’ll lead the operational backbone of marketing at eMed. From analytics and automation to campaign execution and vendor coordination, you’ll ensure seamless, data-driven programs that boost acquisition, retention, and awareness for our innovative GLP‑1 healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
⚙️ Marketing Technology & Automation
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) integrations, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and clinical systems.
  • Oversee CRM workflows (lead scoring, segmentation, nurture, lifecycle flows), ensuring compliance with CAN‑SPAM, HIPAA, and TCPA standards.
  • Lead A/B testing frameworks, campaign tagging, attribution modeling, and performance dashboards.
📊 Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Define and track marketing metrics: MQLs, pipeline contribution, CPL, LTV:CAC, campaign-level ROI.
  • Build dashboards (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau) for cross-team visibility.
  • Evaluate attribution models, marketing investments, and vendor ROI.
🎯 Campaign Execution & Lead Management
  • Partner with campaign teams to ensure timely execution across email, paid, web, events, webinars, and partner channels.
  • Maintain content calendars and QA assets across channels.
  • Monitor lead handoff, SLAs, and data quality between systems.
  • Manage marketing operations budget and vendor relationships (e.g., agencies, martech providers, event vendors).
🧩 Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Provide operational guidance to product, creative, sales, and analytics teams.
  • Align activity planning (e.g., product launches, event marketing) with marketing ops frameworks.
  • Train internal teams on systems, best practices, and process improvements.
🔧 Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Build scalable, documented MARCOM processes.
  • Manage marketing ops projects (e.g., CRM migrations, data hygiene, platform upgrades).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC‑2, GDPR, and related regulations.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 7+ years in B2B or B2C marketing operations, preferably in healthcare/healthtech.
  • Hands-on with automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, SFMC, Marketo, Pardot, Braze, Klaviyo).
  • Strong analytics experience with BI tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience managing paid-media tracking, event management, and attribution models.
  • Familiarity with compliance/regulatory landscape in health (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).

  • Strong PM skills with attention to detail, timelines, and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
