Who We Are

Our Marketing and Communications team drives brand awareness, lead generation, and storytelling to support the growth of HopSkipDrive. As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will lead efforts to optimize our marketing technology stack, improve operational processes, and deliver actionable insights and deliverables to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns. You will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing initiatives are data-driven, scalable, and impactful.

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics, ensuring seamless integrations and data accuracy
  • Design and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure performance across earned, owned, and paid channels and lead cross-functional meetings to report on performance. 
  • Lead marketing operations for email campaigns, including segmentation, trend analysis, performance optimization, and reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline lead routing processes and ensure data cleanliness.
  • Develop actionable insights by analyzing marketing and sales performance data and deliver clear recommendations enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance and scale operational processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Lead operating cadences for all metric and funnel reviews within marketing and with sales, maintaining a deep understanding of business performance, key business metrics, and financial outcomes
  • Mentor team members and collaborate across departments to elevate marketing operational standards and best practices.

Who You Are

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader with a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive marketing success. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are excited by the opportunity to innovate and make a measurable impact. You’ve either built a marketing operations/analytics function before or you have a clear perspective on what it takes to build one. You know how to see the signal through the noise and tell a story with data. With the following skills, you’ll make a tangible and immediate impact:

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with demonstrated success managing marketing tech stacks and data systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Expert project management skills with a track record of implementing scalable marketing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $125,000 - $145,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
