The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations is a key partner and leader in developing our marketing strategy, facilitating daily operations, enabling critical metric tracking and providing essential infrastructure and support for the marketing function. What you’ll do:

  • Manage and run NAVEX’s global marketing operations (US, EMEA, APAC), acting as the subject matter and strategic expert for marketing operations and automation for our global marketing teams

  • Continuously lead, build, coach and inspire your team with the goal of ongoing individual improvement and retention, establishing a culture that encourages and motivates members to achieve their maximum potential and strive for operational excellence

  • Manage and support the execution and tracking of email campaigns and marketing automation, manage the health of the marketing database and ensure best-in-class implementation of campaigns, campaign set-up, forms and data collection

  • Establish and maintain a structured approach to testing and adoption of innovative approaches to marketing operations

  • In partnership with the Revenue Operations organization, manage the MarTech stack, technology integrations, business relationships, contract origination and renewal

  • Support teams in data extraction and reporting on various projects and campaigns from all internal databases and other data sources, overseeing data hygiene and cleanliness and serving as a key member of our corporate data governance programs

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing operations-focused leadership role, preferably with a technology company and 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or matrixed teams

  • Extensive in-depth knowledge of Marketo or similar automation platform and Salesforce required; working knowledge of overall marketing technologies preferred

  • Experience developing partnerships across multiple departments and levels across the organization

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws

  • A mindset for optimization, testing and operational excellence

  • A passion for marketing analytics and attention to detail

  • Excellent presentations skills

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $120,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
