We are seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven marketer to join our Integrated Marketing team as Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Demand Generation. This is your opportunity to enhance and scale an integrated lead generation engine for our contract furniture business.

In this role, you’ll connect the dots between marketing, sales, and partner data—laying the groundwork for more precise targeting, smarter campaigns, and measurable pipeline impact. Working closely with Sales, Ecommerce, Integrated and Content Marketing, and strategic partners, you will translate customer analytics into actionable campaigns, streamline marketing processes, and advance the systems needed to generate and track qualified opportunities for our contract sales organization.

What You’ll Do

Program Leadership

  • Advance and scale integrated demand generation programs that engage prospects across the customer journey.

  • Strengthen processes that align Salesforce, partner databases, and customer data to inform go-to-market strategies.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead routing, follow-up cadences, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with strategic partners to incorporate customer analytics into campaign targeting and account prioritization.

Demand Generation Execution

  • Direct integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and targeted ABM initiatives.

  • Lead development and execution of our ABM playbook—from strategy through activation and reporting.

  • Drive performance across LinkedIn Ads and other digital channels—optimizing for cost efficiency, engagement, and pipeline impact.

  • Design and manage nurture programs that progress prospects through the buying journey with automated workflows.

Marketing Operations & Measurement

  • Maintain and optimize a modern marketing systems stack that supports account identification, prioritization, and personalized campaigns.

  • Implement accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across channels.

  • Report on campaign performance weekly and monthly; develop and test strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Enhance marketing processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.

Future Expansion

  • Contribute to event and field marketing strategy, integrating demand generation efforts with key industry conferences, dealer events, and MillerKnoll brand activations.

  • Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing on pipeline forecasting and growth planning.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, database marketing, or performance marketing (B2B experience required; contract furniture or design industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Proven track record of building and launching demand generation programs from the ground up.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and data management best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, ABM platforms, and campaign analytics tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building processes and testing approaches in an evolving environment.
