POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Marketing Execution leads strategic marketing programs and enables consistent execution across regions, functions, and business units. The role oversees interconnected workstreams, establishes governance and operating rhythms, supports teams with practical tools and standard work, and removes barriers that could affect delivery. Working across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, IT, and Analytics, this leader connects strategy to execution and helps teams deliver measurable, scalable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
Lead complex marketing programs and transformation initiatives across regions, functions, and business units.
Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, timing, ownership, and expected outcomes.
Provide hands-on program support, remove execution barriers, escalate decisions, and maintain visibility for sponsors and stakeholders.
Standard Work & Execution Enablement
Design and oversee standard work for Americas Marketing activities, including campaign types, campaign intake and prioritization, campaign activation, events, webinars, tradeshows, lead capture, follow-up, and measurement.
Develop practical playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, RACI models, and stage-gate controls that clarify roles, decisions, inputs, outputs, and service-level expectations.
Enable regional and functional teams to apply consistent ways of working while accommodating documented business or market requirements.
Maintain a controlled repository and ensure standards, tools, and supporting materials remain current, accessible, and usable.
Governance & Performance Management
Create a governance cadence to monitor adoption, exceptions, program health, process performance, risks, and business outcomes.
Establish steering forums, working-team rhythms, decision pathways, and executive reporting that reinforce transparency and accountability.
Define program KPIs and reporting frameworks to track progress, adoption, delivery performance, and value realization.
Prepare concise leadership updates with key accomplishments, decisions required, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Facilitation & Continuous Improvement
Facilitate cross-functional process design and continuous-improvement workshops, simplifying handoffs and removing duplication, delays, and execution risk.
Partner with process owners and subject-matter experts to translate improvement opportunities into prioritized initiatives and sustainable implementation plans.
Benchmark practices and sponsor improvements that increase productivity, transparency, scalability, and customer impact.
Promote a continuous-improvement mindset by using data, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to strengthen program delivery.
Change Management & Adoption
Lead change management through stakeholder alignment, communications, capability building, and coaching so regional teams consistently apply agreed ways of working.
Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, training materials, and leader engagement approaches for new programs and operating practices.
Monitor adoption and stakeholder readiness, identify resistance or capability gaps, and coordinate targeted interventions.
Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.
Technology, Automation & Innovation
Identify automation and AI opportunities that simplify work, improve decision visibility, reduce manual effort, and strengthen scalability.
Partner with Marketing Operations, IT, Digital, and Analytics teams to define business requirements and prioritize technology-enabled improvements.
Support implementation and adoption of tools and workflows that improve marketing planning, execution, governance, and measurement.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $115,000-145,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
