The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, Advanced Therapies leads integrated marketing communications across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive programs that promote the company and its offerings, deliver a compelling customer experience, and drive tactical campaign performance. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of channel mix and tactical effectiveness by persona, geography, and cultural context.

This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing Communications and Brand and is part of the global marketing department and will be an on-site role in Amersham Place, Little Chalfont, England.  

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end channel and tactical performance across integrated segment campaigns.

  • Develop and lead marketing communications programs tailored to audience preferences and customer and market needs.

  • Ensure campaign content is executed on time, aligned with strategy, and compliant with brand standards.

  • Drive innovation in content delivery and audience engagement using contemporary tools and AI-supported strategies.

  • Report campaign performance and drive tactical evolution based on data-driven insight.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure communications are aligned to business objectives.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of marketing communications managers.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Long-standing experience in marketing communications with deep expertise in multichannel campaign delivery.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proven track record in optimizing content and tactics based on performance.

  • Experience developing and managing high-performing marketing communications managers.

  • Comfortable working horizontally across teams and functions in a matrixed environment.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management, messaging quality control, and campaign-level decision making.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 10% travel, overnight, within the United States, Europe and Asia.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience working globally or in matrixed, regulated B2B industries.
