Enterprise Services serves as the backbone of our operational framework, delivering enterprise-wide scaled solutions and services.

This role sits within the Marketing, Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), and Public Affairs & Communications (PACS) Intelligence team within Enterprise Services. This team is dedicated to providing data and analytics solutions at scale, enabling cross-enterprise stakeholders in Marketing, CCL, and PACS to monitor business and brand performance and make more informed, data-driven decisions to foster topline growth and competitive advantage.

As we continue to enhance our capabilities in global Marketing and PACS data & analytics intelligence, we are focused on driving further end-to-end development of our intelligence from data capture to consumption. This effort aims to deliver distinctive, competitively advantaged scalable data and analytics measurement while ensuring operational excellence and service delivery are at the core of this transformation.

 

What You’ll Do for Us 

The Senior Manager, Marketing, CCL & PACS Intelligence Planning & Orchestration, will play a key role in helping to facilitate and enable horizontal ways of working and agile teams across the four product-focused Intelligence vertical teams. The primary goal is to drive consistent excellence in delivery and ultimately greater effectiveness, efficiency, integration, and user-centricity across the portfolio of Intelligence Solutions*. These agile teams will focus on defining and facilitating processes for essential topics that require consistency and integration across all solutions, such as:

  • Annual and Long-term Planning
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Vendor/Partner Management
  • Experimentation/Incubation of future data and analytics solutions and technologies

This role will also help to lead/evolve the design, build, implementation and adoption strategy of a user-centered integrated digital platform to serve as the ‘front door’ access point to the Enterprise for MCPI intelligence suite (e.g. SIMON). This will entail helping to support and lead:

  • Roadmap Management: Overseeing the roadmap for the intelligence suite, collaborating with Enterprise data and technology teams.
  • Platform Design & Development: Leveraging Design thinking principles to develop simpler interfaces, tools and dashboards for reporting, intelligence learning and capability building for user.
  • Platform Operations: Managing and prioritizing the integrated platform’s operations, ensuring effective delivery and management.
  • Communications, Training and Adoption Strategy: Developing and overseeing the approach to drive awareness, capability and target Enterprise audience engagement with the integrated digital platform.
  • Community Building: Creating a practice community of cross-functional experts to foster continuous improvement, adaptability, and accountability of the suite of solutions.

*Examples of Current Intelligence Solutions: Tools to monitor and track marketplace performance, consumer purchase and consumption behavior, end-to-end consumer experiences and more.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Help to facilitate, support and lead:

    • Marketing & PACS Intelligence plan operations, orchestration, prioritization, backlog management, KPI tracking, and delivery effectiveness.
    • Developing a network communication strategy to enhance the commercialization, training, and adoption of enterprise Marketing & PACS Intelligence Services.
    • Managing, governing, and integrating the end-to-end intelligence suite, aligning, and collaborating with the enterprise data and technology strategy and team.
    • Cultivating and managing key external global agency partnerships, defining priority partners to unlock and bring the best from the outside in, across the data and analytics landscape.
    • Developing internal and external progress-to-plan metrics, inclusive of priority and holistic investment tracking and delivery.
    • Fostering a community of practice among cross-functional team experts, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, personal accountability, and driving transformational impact through high-performance engagement.

    Qualification & Requirements 

    Strategic planning & process governance:

    • Expertise in strategic planning and project management to establish operational efficiencies.
    • Ability to define and track metrics and OKRs to drive prioritization and ensure continuous strong solution delivery.
    • Strong skills in connecting the dots, identifying, and implementing best practice processes for integration to ensure optimal outcomes.

    Digital Product Development & User-Centric Solutions Expertise

    • Ability to lead the development, launch and continual enhancement of user-centric digital products to drive adoption and usability leveraging design thinking principles.

    Innovation & complexity: 

    • Creativity in conceptualizing new methods, techniques, and processes for increased efficiency and integration across vertical product-focused teams.
    • Proficiency in stakeholder management to enhance understanding, adoption, and full utilization of plans.
    • Analytical problem-solving skills to propose creative, modern solutions or advancements within the job area/function.
    • Adept design thinking across multiple user personas to ensure products and solutions will be fit-for-purpose and most relevant and usable across stakeholder base.

    Related Work Experience: 

    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in international settings leading culturally diverse teams.
    • Experience managing teams and agency partners in delivering complex projects.
    • Experience developing and managing digital tools or solutions preferred.
    • Experience in agency/consulting/client-services preferred.
    • Experience building data and analytics solutions and/or leveraging data and analytics solutions as a business user within marketing or another function preferred but note required.
    • Strong background in strategic planning, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
    • Proven experience in developing and operationalizing both strategic and executional plans, with a blend of short-term and long-term perspectives.
    • Excellent project management skills with familiarity in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, Trello, etc.).
    • Passion for influencing the adoption of new transformational solutions, approaches, and services.

    Education Requirements: 

    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
