Senior Manager - Marketing Analytics & Operations

Job Description

Here are the things you will be doing:

• Keep an eye on, tell others about, and think about how well marketing activities are doing, and make regular reports.
• Being the go-to person for understanding and sharing data about how well marketing is doing and working with others to make sure the data is good and gets to the right people on time.
• Keeping a schedule for checking how healthy things are going, ensuring everyone knows what is happening, and helping the team stick to their goals.
• Sorting out data from many places to make easy-to-understand reports and pictures that help people make decisions.
• Teach the team to keep data in good shape and share good ways.
• Keeping up-to-date with the best ways of doing things, the newest tools, and the essential ideas in the industry.
• Reporting Marketing team's achievements Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly as applicable
• Reporting Marketing team's Budget vs Spending by working closely with Finance Teams
• Reporting all Marketing project’s progress by working closely with Marketing leaders
• Supporting Annual Customer Satisfaction survey process-related activities
• Conducting the Marketing team’s cadences
• Managing all marketing tools

Job Requirements:

To do this job, you need at least five years of experience in making reports and project management. MBA graduate or PMP certification is an added advantage. You should also know how to use tools like Adobe, Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Analytics. It would be best if you were an advanced MS Excel practitioner and good at other office tools like PPT, Word..etc. Being great at managing projects, thinking carefully, and talking to people is also essential. You should be good at showing data in a way that is easy for others to understand. You should be good at prioritizing and reprioritizing tasks. You should be an active listener in understanding requirements.
