Senior Manager, Market Insights and Growth Strategy

You'll help shape innovation pipelines, influence portfolio strategy, and ensure that insights lead to meaningful business outcomes. What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Significant experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, or related functions.
- Proven ability to transform complex data and research into actionable business strategies.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting portfolio growth, innovation, or category strategy.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for bringing insights to life.
- Experience in consumer-focused industries, preferably CPG or retail.
What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?
- Serve as the strategic insights partner to the Portfolio Growth Team, guiding growth priorities and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities and risks by integrating consumer, shopper, category, competitive, and market insights.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations that shape portfolio strategy, innovation, and growth plans.
- Lead the portfolio learning agenda and connect insights across teams to build a cohesive growth narrative.
- Drive recommendations through execution and measure business impact.
- Collaborate across marketing, category, finance, and insights teams to embed consumer-led thinking throughout the business.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by providing strategic perspectives that shape key business decisions.
- Continuously identify new ways to leverage insights, analytics, and market intelligence to accelerate growth and improve business performance.
