Senior Manager Market Access DACH (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Senior Manager Market Access - DACH Region to join our Market Access team, supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will secure market access and reimbursement across our product portfolio while collaborating with Medical, Commercial, Global Market Access and Pricing teams. Munich, Germany - Office-based role, hybrid

Discover your role:

• Develop market access and pricing strategies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Lead dossier development under §35a SGB V, including consultations and G-BA hearings.
• Support reimbursement price negotiations under §130b SGB V, including GKV SV engagement.
• Develop contracting strategies and manage rebate contract tender processes.
• Monitor healthcare policy developments and assess portfolio implications.
• Identify market access barriers and build tailored action plans.
• Provide market access input to clinical development programs and evidence generation.
• You build trusted stakeholder partnerships to advance access objectives.

This role requires:

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Market Access & Pricing, including market access strategy development and benefit assessment dossiers.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare policy, and medicines legislation.
• Experience handling contracts with statutory health insurance funds.
• Ability to evaluate clinical, health economic, and market data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience with reimbursement price negotiations under §130b SGB V.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, neurology, rare disease, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.
