  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement localization tools and platforms to support automation, consistency, and collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure localization requirements are integrated from the start of content and product development.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver culturally relevant marketing campaigns and user experiences.
  • Work closely with regional teams to gather insights on cultural nuances and market-specific requirements.

  • Quality and Performance:
  • Oversee the end-to-end localization process for marketing content, product UI, documentation, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of localization efforts, including quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in localization management, preferably in a global B2B SaaS environment, with experience across both product and marketing localization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, MemoQ, SDL Trados) and familiarity with translation management systems, CAT tools, and machine translation.
