What You Will Do
- Partner with the HR Technology team and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive the execution of advanced Workday learning solutions in alignment with talent and performance processes.
- Manage projects from end-to-end including project planning, benchmarking, stakeholder identification and analysis, communications, and timely deliverables.
- Provide support and coordination for related talent management projects and initiatives, ensuring cooperation and alignment across the talent organization.
- Leverage learning technology to assess workforce learning and development gaps and prepare advanced solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Define and monitor key program performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collate information and analyze data for insights on effectiveness of management systems in facilitating global talent and organizational needs. Utilize data to recommend improvements.
- Proactively collaborate with L&TD, BU, and HR teams to communicate learning solutions to various audiences, including senior and executive leaders, within a highly matrixed organization.
- Prepare learning ecosystems for AI by assessing emerging capabilities and aligning them with organizational learning needs.
- Research externally for latest talent technologies and present business cases for continued innovation to internal systems and processes.
- Travel up to 30%.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development and/or Organizational Effectiveness.
- Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
- Demonstrated ability to advance an interconnected learning technology ecosystem that integrates platforms, data, and capabilities across the enterprise, enabling a scalable strategy that improves the learner experience, strengthens reporting, and promotes efficiency and innovation.
- Experience generating professional, impactful, and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate to multiple audiences, including executive leaders.
- Project or program management, organization, and the ability to deliver timely, quality projects.
- Effective collaborator with ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating agility and flexibility, with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
