We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Learning Enablement to join the U.S. Training team. This individual will be responsible for building and leading the learning operations function to support scalable, consistent, and high-quality training execution across the U.S. Commercial and Medical Affairs organizations.

This role will establish and manage the operational backbone of training, including learning systems, curriculum architecture, deployment processes, and measurement capabilities. The individual will partner closely with Sales and Medical training leadership to ensure efficient execution, strong alignment, and continuous improvement of training programs that support business objectives.

This is a hybrid position and will be based in our Princeton, NJ office with three days expected on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the learning enablement function across the U.S. organization, including LMS (Cornerstone) administration, training deployment, and system governance to ensure scalable and consistent execution.
  • Design and manage curriculum architecture across roles and functions, including onboarding, advanced training, and ongoing capability development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective content lifecycle management.
  • Establish and drive a standardized intake, prioritization, and deployment process for all training initiatives across Sales, Medical, and Patient Support teams.
  • Drive training deployment excellence, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business priorities while minimizing disruption to field teams.
  • Develop and manage reporting and measurement capabilities, including creation of measurement surveys, development of dashboards and analytics to track training completion, adoption, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross functional colleagues to translate training data into actionable insights, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve field capability and inform training strategy.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across training outputs, partnering with Commercial and Medical training leads to reduce duplication and create a cohesive learner experience.
  • Manage and optimize learning platforms, tools, and vendors, ensuring effective utilization of technology to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a central coordination point for cross-functional training operations, enabling alignment across multiple teams and supporting seamless execution of training initiatives including the management of our shared training calendar and the coordination of onsite training logistics.
  • Continuously improve learning processes and infrastructure, introducing best practices and driving operational discipline as the organization grows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry
  • 4+ years of experience in learning operations, training operations, or related roles supporting commercial organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone) and training deployment processes
  • Experience designing and managing curriculum structures across multiple roles and functions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience developing and interpreting training metrics and reporting
  • Proven ability to build and implement processes that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and/or Patient Support teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Experience working with vendors and managing external partners preferred
  • Experience with the instructional design of courses is highly preferred.
