Job Title: Sr Manager - IT

Process Excellence & Automation
- Define
and implement SOPs for IT operations across all outlets.
- Identify
opportunities for automation, system integration, and operational
efficiency.

Vendor & Partner Management
Evaluate, onboard, and manage IT vendors, service providers,
and system integrators.
Negotiate contracts to ensure cost optimization and service
quality.
Project Planning & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end IT project management including scoping,
budgeting, implementation, and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery of IT initiatives with measurable
outcomes.
IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
Manage internal IT operations including network, servers,
storage, security, and business continuity.
Ensure high uptime, data security, and compliance with
industry standards.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Act as a bridge between business teams and IT Service providers.
Ensure clear communication, effective problem resolution,
and stakeholder satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and
customer-centricity.
F&B Outlet IT Infrastructure
- Manage
IT infrastructure across all airport F&B outlets including POS,
Kiosks, handheld devices, printers, and back-office systems.
- Ensure 24x7
uptime of systems supporting billing, order processing, and
inventory.
- Standardize
IT deployments in line with the Group Company's policies
POS & Application Management
- Oversee
implementation and maintenance of POS systems, KOT systems, and
integrations with aggregators and payment gateways.
- Ensure
compliance with digital payment systems, GST requirements, and
audit controls.
- Coordinate
with central IT and vendors for upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- System
Migration experience is mandatory.
Network & Connectivity (Critical Operations)
- Ensure uninterrupted
internet connectivity across outlets in coordination with airport
IT teams.
- Manage
LAN/WAN, secure Wi-Fi access, and firewall configurations as per airport
security protocols.
- Ensure
redundancy and fallback systems for zero business disruption.
Requirements
Preferred Background
- Experience
in F&B / QSR chains
- Exposure
to multi-location IT operations
- Familiarity
with large corporate governance frameworks
- SAP
Understanding
