Leadership Expectations:

  • Build and lead global IT teams to deliver the Finance multi-year roadmap and solutions through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partners
  • Lead change for large scale multi-site S/4HANA Implementation and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities development.
  • Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives – develop and gain support for roadmaps that detail the journey to best-in-class
  • Partner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while providing transparency to the business organization
  • Build and manage relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
  • Bring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dive on sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating more technical staff on the underlying business principles
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately using our tools
  • Attract top talent and manage a team to ensure high functioning organization while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Good understanding of upstream and downstream finance systems.

Key functional areas of responsibility include:

  • Invoice to Cash
  • Procure to pay ,Intercompany accounting, consolidation and group reporting.
  • Tax
  • Treasury
  • Financial Planning 
  • Mfg Accounting: Capital, Standard Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis and allocations preferably with semiconductor background.
  • Investor relations 
  • Cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Sales, Legal, and Manufacturing is required to ensure end to end solution delivery

Professional Experience Required:

  • Degree in IT or Finance or equivalent industry experience
  • 15+ years of progressive IT systems implementation leadership experience
  • Finance business process and foundational conceptual knowledge
  • Experience directing a team with full scope of implementation across a global enterprise 
  • Experience in S4 Implementation
  • Semiconductor or High-tech Industry experience (helpful)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Build positive relationship with software vendors to influence solution roadmap
  • Experience of working in offshore-onshore model
  • Leadership savvy including mentor, team- building, and conflict resolution
  • Strong leadership, communication, consulting and influencing skills
  • Ability to define metrics, quantify business value provided by Finance across the enterprise
  • Highly self-motivated, detail and outcome oriented
  • Program/Project management, with experience leading multiple large projects

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$136,000.00 - $316,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
