Key Responsibilities:

      •     Lead and manage a global team of Workday analysts and administrators across time zones.

      •     Own the Workday roadmap in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

      •     Provide hands-on configuration and solution design in Workday HCM (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting) and/or Workday Financials (e.g., Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).

      •     Serve as the primary escalation point for Workday-related issues and enhancement requests.

      •     Drive global Workday implementations, rollouts, and ongoing optimization projects.

      •     Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance across regions.

      •     Establish and maintain governance and change management processes.

      •     Develop KPIs and dashboards to track system usage and performance.

      •     Manage vendor relationships and Workday support partners.

Qualifications:

      •     Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s a plus.

      •     8+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

      •     Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or both.

      •     Demonstrated experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

      •     Proven track record of successful Workday deployments and enhancements.

      •     Ability to lead both strategic planning and tactical execution.

      •     Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

      •     Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, or both) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

      •     Experience with Workday Reporting, BIRT, EIBs, or Studio integrations.

      •     Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

      •     Experience in multinational organizations or complex enterprise environments
