Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Investor Relations supports the company’s engagement with the investment community and helps shape external communications on financial performance and strategy. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, consistent, and credible messaging to investors and analysts.
The ideal candidate can translate complex business and financial performance into straightforward, investor-relevant insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
** Candidate must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, with at least one day per week onsite at the Hartford, CT office **
Core Responsibilities:
Supports preparation of quarterly earnings materials and related deliverables.
Partners with internal stakeholders to translate financial and operational insights into clear, investor-relevant messaging.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the investor relations program by assessing analyst research, earnings estimates, investor ownership trends, and performance relative to peers.
Mentors junior team members and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
Monitors and analyzes market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform views on valuation and positioning.
Maintains relationships with investors and analysts by communicating company performance, financial results, and strategic priorities.
Leads cross-functional efforts to deliver complex analyses that inform strategic priorities and support measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment management, corporate development or related fields
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry
3+ years of experience in financial modeling and data analysis
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills across functions
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
