How you’ll make an impact


This role is responsible for the planning and delivery of internal communications programs in support of PX (people) initiatives. You will serve as an advisor to the CHRO, PXLT and other senior stakeholders, and work to create engaging communications across various channels to effectively reach our diverse workforce around the world. 


A natural storyteller, you will use your outstanding writing skills to develop clear, compelling content and measure the success of your communications programs. You will also contribute to and execute on change management communications plans and build world class communications tools and plans to drive business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Reporting to the GM, Internal Communications, you will:
  • Lead global internal communications programs
  • Develop and execute communication programs and plans in support of global functions, organizational change, strategic initiatives and company-wide programs
  • Work closely with executive and senior stakeholders to advise, coach and influence for quality communication outcomes
  • Develop, nurture and manage communication channels 
  • Develop and deliver clear and consistent internal communications, including high quality written materials and rich multimedia
  • Seek to deeply understand the needs and desires of your key stakeholders and audiences
  • Work closely and in alignment with the Global Communications team to ensure synergy between internal and external messaging, regional communications, etc.
  • Consistently research and apply global internal communication approaches and best practices
  • Work seamlessly with in person and remote teams across borders and time zones

What you’ll bring with you

  • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or similar
  • 6+ years of experience in internal communication, change management/issues management or journalism
  • Experience managing and creating content for multiple employee communication channels
  • Experience in communications measurement
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
  • Experience in HR/people/benefits communication preferred
  • Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; Ability to deconstruct business problems with partners and influence outcomes
  • Ability to listen to others and engender support and action
  • Ability to prioritize and project manage complex projects and communication priorities
  • Great attention to detail and ability to edit for grammar, style and brevity
  • Self motivated with proven ability to proactively surfaces challenges and suggest solutions to resolve
  • Demonstrates agility in responding timely to evolving stakeholder and business needs
