Role Summary
Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Strategy who delivers the insights and analytics behind field and account strategy across the Specialty Care portfolio. Sitting within the Customer Strategy team and aligned to the US Commercial customer-engagement organization, this above-brand role partners closely with the Director, Field & Account Strategy to frame field and account business questions, builds and runs the analyses that answer them, and supports executional excellence across customer-facing teams. The role also connects Customer Strategy with Patient Solutions, keeping the view of the customer consistent across HCPs, accounts, and patients.
The Senior Manager turns field execution, account performance, and customer intelligence into analyses that sharpen deployment, targeting, and account strategy for sales leadership, National Sales Directors, the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), and key and national account teams. Working across brands, they help keep the field and account partnership consistent from cycle to cycle. They answer these questions with IIS-built, AI-powered tools and deliver the high-quality, timely insight that informs decisions.
The ideal candidate is a rising brand consultant with a proven track record of framing problems and delivering analytic solutions for challenging business situations. Role Responsibilities
Field Enablement & Execution Effectiveness
  • Build and maintain the business rules and analytics behind the field alert strategy, delivering real-time, data-driven signals to field-based, customer-facing colleagues through tools such as PinPoint.
  • Monitor alert performance and patient signals, and recommend business-rule refinements that improve commercial relevance and rep adoption.
  • Measure the impact of field tools and capabilities, working with Enablement, CRM, Brand, Operations, and Technology teams to inform improvements in precision targeting and field effectiveness.

Field Force Sizing, Structure & Deployment
  • Build and run the analyses that inform sales-force size, structure, territory alignment, resource allocation, and deployment for the brand's field-based colleagues.
  • Use advanced analytics to assess sales-force effectiveness, and develop actionable recommendations with the Director, Field & Account Strategy for sales leadership.

Account & Customer Analytics
  • Deliver account-level insights on market dynamics, growth potential, and competitive activity at key accounts in support of account teams.
  • Build the performance metrics, market-potential assessments, and competitive dynamics reviews that support Key Account Directors and National Account Directors.
  • Support integrated account planning and run customer segmentation analytics.

Connection to Patient Solutions
  • Serve as Customer Strategy's point of connection with IIS Patient Solutions colleagues, partnering on questions where field execution, account dynamics, and patient access meet.
  • Bring patient-services signals, such as hub and specialty pharmacy data on starts, adherence, and access, into field and account analytics, and share field and account insight back into Patient Solutions work so partners hear one consistent story.

Partnership & Collaboration
  • Keep cross-functional work moving through clear analysis and strong follow-through, managing through influence rather than formal authority.
  • Help build analytics fluency with sales and account partners, and mentor and share best practices with junior IIS colleagues.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, commercial strategy, management consulting, or acombination thereof.
  • 3+ years of hands-on field, account, or customer analytics, ideally in support of sales or account teams.
  • Proven track record of framing problems and delivering analytic solutions for challenging business situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, with a keen understanding of what strong, timely, and high-quality insight looks like.
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity; a creative problem-solver who fosters innovation.
  • Experience supporting both marketing and sales or field organizations, translating brand strategy into field and account analytics and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with field-effectiveness or account analytics, such as field-force sizing and structure, territory alignment and deployment, CRM, or customer and account planning.
  • Experience integrating and interpreting commercial data sources such as claims, specialty pharmacy, hub and patient services, CRM, market access, account, and performance data.
  • Proven ability to be a trusted thought partner and to influence without authority.
  • Team orientation and collaborative approach, with outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence.
  • Refined executive presence with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial analytics, including specialty channels, forecasting, market insights, and promotional performance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with field enablement and alerting tools (e.g., PinPoint) and with sales-force effectiveness methodologies.
  • Familiarity with patient services, hub, or specialty pharmacy analytics and how they connect to field and account strategy.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in commercial settings, including LLMs, decision-support applications, or analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Pfizer GCA capabilities (QBR, OAE, Growth Blueprint) or comparable commercial analytics methodologies.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
