We are looking for a Senior Manager Integrated Customer Supply EMEA to play a key leadership role in this transformation.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Senior Manager Integrated Customer Supply EMEA, you will be responsible for: 

  • Leadership and development of customer supply teams and process delivery execution.  

  • Creating an engaging, collaborative, and customer-centric team culture. 

  • Managing customer order fulfilment activities and supporting efficient Order-to-Cash execution. 

  • Acting as the primary escalation point for customer service and supply-related issues. 

  • Ensuring supply plans effectively balance inventory, demand, capacity, and service objectives. 

  • Driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution. 

  • Partnering closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Marketing, and Key Account teams. 

  • Supporting business growth by maximizing service performance while managing operational risk. 

  • Facilitating alignment and decision-making during supply constraints and escalation situations. 

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Service and Order-to-Cash processes. 

  • Driving standardization, KPI visibility, automation, and digital supply chain capabilities. 

  • Supporting change management and organizational transformation activities. 

  • Coaching, developing, and creating growth opportunities for team members. 

 

Experience and Competencies: 

What we are looking for: 

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business  

  • APICS CSCP/CPIM certification 

  • 5-10 years' eexperience within Supply Planning, Customer Service, Customer Supply, or related Supply Chain function. 

  • Proven experience managing customer orders, service delivery, and escalations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

  • Demonstrated experience balancing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity to achieve service and business objectives 

  • Experience leading, developing, and coaching teams while driving engagement, accountability, and performance 

  • Experience managing complex customer issues, supply disruptions, and operational risks while maintaining customer confidence and business continuity 

  • Experience delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and service performance 

  • Experience leading process improvement, automation, or organizational transformation initiatives in a supply chain environment. 

  • Experience working in complex stakeholder environments across multiple functions. 

  • Experience working in SAP environments. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong decision-making and escalation management capability. 

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
