If you were the Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Spearheading the development, execution and ongoing refinement of processes, with a focus on optimizing our business operations globally and regionally
- Building, coaching, and guiding a high performing team of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) analysts to drive the development and execution of process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing operational efficiency across global operations
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive IBP process roadmap ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization
- Partnering with cross functional partners to develop and assure adherence to the processes
- Utilizing IBP to focus and lead projects on key areas of the business identified by cross functional teams as needed to improve the business
- Develop cross-functional strategies and processes, establishing metrics and handover plans to business partners to manage business
- Establishing and delivering an executive S&OP review while ensuring monthly IBP reviews and IBP data packs
- Educating the business and business partners on IBP processes, training of new joiners on the overall process
- Establishing and documenting meaningful KPI’s and KPI definitions to facilitate IBP processes across organization
- Developing and implementing a global cross-functional vision, process and roadmap for the Arc’teryx brand.
- Creating executive level visibility of key IBP metrics presenting them on a global and regional level with global and regional leadership teams
- Defining and adapting key organizational processes to enhance visibility and or our monthly/quarterly and annual business plan
Are you our next Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning?
- You have a degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- You have 8+ years experience in a related role, within a global organization
- You have strong working knowledge of IBP or S&OP with implementation experience
- You have proven people management skills; you set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives

- You are comfortable working with all levels of the organization with strong levels of communications and driving change
- You have strong communication and business presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate to all levels of stakeholders
