The Senior Infrastructure Manager - Infrastructure Integration Services is a strategic technology leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise infrastructure platforms and integration services that support business transformation initiatives. This role leads engineering teams responsible for cloud-native platforms, automation, infrastructure standardization, and operational excellence across hybrid cloud environments.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern infrastructure engineering, OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, CI/CD automation, configuration management, and secrets management. The successful leader will drive platform modernization, improve deployment velocity, enhance security posture, and establish scalable infrastructure solutions across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and platform specialists.
- Define and execute infrastructure modernization and integration strategies.
- Partner with business, application, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
- Infrastructure Integration Services
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure integration services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Develop standardized infrastructure patterns to support application onboarding and modernization.
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services with enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Platform Engineering & Automation
- Build and manage modern platform engineering capabilities supporting self-service infrastructure delivery.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the enterprise.
- Drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual processes and improve service reliability.
- 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience.
- 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions.
- 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns.
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and GitOps delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
