The Senior IT Systems Manager provides strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for the enterprise IT infrastructure. This role ensures the continuous availability, security, and scalability of server environments, cloud ecosystems, and data networks. The manager acts as a bridge between technical engineering teams and executive leadership to align technology deployment with business expansion.
Infrastructure & Operations Management
- System Availability: Maintain 99.9% uptime for core enterprise infrastructure, servers, and business applications.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee provisioning, installation, configuration, patches, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and deploy advanced logging tools to track system health and bottlenecks.
- Storage & Backup: Architect scalable SAN/NAS storage arrays and secure, high-redundancy backup systems.
