Who we need

Reporting to the SVP, Information Technology, we are hiring a Senior Manager, Information Management to define and lead how business information is created, shared, managed, stored, and governed across Array globally. As our new Senior Manager, Information Management, you will develop the enterprise information management strategy, operating model, and governance framework while leading the initiatives and organizational adoption required to put them into practice. Working across Engineering, Finance, Commercial, HR, Operations, Legal, and IT, you will help simplify how information flows across the organization, establish clear ownership and standards, and improve the accessibility, quality, and reliability of trusted business information. You will play a foundational role in reducing information fragmentation and creating the information management capabilities Array needs to support collaboration, analytics, automation, AI, and future digital initiatives.

This is a newly created, full-time individual contributor role based in Scarborough, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week and the opportunity to influence technology initiatives across Array’s business functions and global operations.

What’s in it for you

Build something foundational. You will have the opportunity to shape how information is managed across Array globally, developing the strategy, governance framework, operating model, and standards that bring greater consistency to how people find, share, manage, and trust business information. Rather than inheriting a mature information management function, you will have meaningful scope to establish the approach and turn it into practical ways of working across the organization.

Enterprise-wide influence. Your work will reach across Engineering, Finance, Commercial, HR, Operations, Legal, and IT, giving you broad exposure to business and technology leaders across functions and regions. You will have the opportunity to influence how information flows through the business, improve collaboration and productivity, reduce risk, and help teams get greater value from Array’s existing technology investments.

Shape Array’s AI and digital readiness.
Trusted, accessible, well-governed information is essential to Array’s plans for AI, automation, analytics, and future digital initiatives. You will play a key role in building that foundation, improving knowledge management, information quality, classification, search, and governance so the organization can confidently expand how it uses technologies such as AI and Copilot.

As our new Senior Manager, Information Management you will:

  • Define the information management strategy. You will assess how information is created, shared, stored, and managed across Array and translate what you learn into an enterprise Information Management strategy, roadmap, and operating model. You will establish priorities that balance business needs, risk, compliance, user experience, and organizational readiness.
  • Establish governance and accountability. You will develop enterprise standards for information ownership, stewardship, classification, retention, records management, sharing, and lifecycle management. You will lead the Information Governance Council, bring stakeholders together to make decisions, and create clear accountability for how information is managed across functions and regions.
  • Create a more connected information environment. You will shape the enterprise framework for managing and collaborating on information across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other repositories. You will establish practical standards for information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search, external sharing, and document management that make information easier to find, use, and trust.
  • Simplify how information moves through the business. Partnering with business teams, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Applications, you will map and improve information flows, reduce duplicate repositories and manual processes, and strengthen information and data ownership. You will identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes while improving information quality, accessibility, and reliability.
  • Lead transformation and adoption. You will prioritize and drive initiatives spanning information and document migrations, repository consolidation, governance implementation, knowledge management, collaboration improvements, and business process change. You will develop guidance and training, work with leaders to drive adoption, and measure progress as new standards and ways of working become embedded across the organization.
  • Build the foundation for AI and digital initiatives. You will improve the quality, classification, governance, lifecycle management, and accessibility of enterprise information so it can be used confidently by AI, automation, analytics, and emerging digital capabilities. You will partner across business and technology teams to ensure information used by AI and Copilot is trusted, appropriately governed, and fit for purpose.

You have:

  • The information management expertise. You have deep experience in information management, information governance, document and content management, knowledge management, or related areas. You understand how information moves through a complex organization and have developed practical frameworks and standards that improve how information is created, organized, accessed, shared, retained, and governed.
  • The enterprise transformation experience. You have led cross-functional information management, governance, or transformation initiatives across multiple business functions or regions. You can assess a fragmented environment, define a future state, establish priorities, and turn strategy into practical initiatives that people can adopt and sustain.
  • The technical knowledge. You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 information and collaboration capabilities, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and understand information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, enterprise search, records management, and information lifecycle practices. Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Power Platform, Power Automate, data governance, Master Data Management, or enterprise applications is an asset.
  • The ability to influence. You can build credibility with senior business and technology leaders and partner effectively with IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders to establish practical standards for information ownership, access, sharing, retention, and governance. You can bring stakeholders with different priorities together around common standards and decisions without creating unnecessary barriers.
  • The business mindset. You can translate complex information and technology concepts into practical solutions that make sense to business teams. You balance governance, security, compliance, risk, and business needs while keeping usability and employee experience in mind.
  • The change leadership. You understand that successful information management depends as much on people and adoption as it does on technology. You can communicate a clear vision, guide teams through new ways of working, and develop the standards, guidance, and training needed to embed lasting change across a global organization.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 Compensation is thoughtfully determined based on your experience, skill set, and alignment with our internal compensation framework. We’re always happy to answer questions about compensation throughout the hiring process.

What you can expect from the interview process:

  • A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor to discuss your interest in joining Array and in the role. The conversation will be recorded using BrightHire, an AI-powered video interview tool. More details will be shared when you are invited to interview.
