As Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will own and scale the influencer and affiliate program across QVC and HSN, including a direct TikTok creator partnership. This is the strategy seat: you own the strategy, you own the budget, and you build the partnerships that drive measurable growth.
Reporting to the Director of Social Commerce for TikTok, You will lead a team of 3-4 and a creator network 200K+ strong, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and negotiate enterprise-level deals that strengthen the program. You will work shoulder to shoulder with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, turning business strategy into influencer initiatives that move real numbers.

Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Own the influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across QVC and HSN, using data and performance insight to drive business growth.
- Build and grow relationships across a 200K+ creator and publisher network, negotiating enterprise-level deals that strengthen and expand the program.
- Manage a multi-million dollar budget, forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and bring clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Launch, own, and optimize the affiliate loyalty program to drive incremental sales and customer retention.
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4, building capability and setting the bar for execution.
- Facilitate regular syncs with TikTok and lead weekly affiliate and influencer meetings with key stakeholders.
- Research and test new business opportunities, partnering with influencer networks to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms.
- Oversee agency partners to ensure their work aligns with strategic goals, channel calendars, and brand standards.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in social media and influencer marketing, including direct experience building and scaling influencer or affiliate programs that delivered measurable business results.
- A strong command of TikTok and the broader creator commerce landscape, with a track record of partnerships that converted.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets, including forecasting and performance reporting.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a real interest in growing the people around you.
