As Senior Manager, Influence – Strategy & Activation, you’ll bring our CX strategy to life through owning and driving our high impact events like: executive forums, industry roundtables, conferences and invite only experiences that connect real customer stories with technology and innovation.
In this highly visible role, we are looking for someone who want to:
Partner with teams enterprise-wide to create bold, technology forward CX experiences that influence senior leaders, policymakers, and industry partners
Turn authentic customer voices into moments that drive trust, credibility, and action
Partner across Technology, Marketing, Communications, Government Affairs, and Legal in a fastmoving, enterprise wide network
Own ideas from brainstorm through flawless execution—and see your work make real impact

Required Qualifications:
7+ years expereince in CX, customer advocacy, marketing, or communications; experience leading high-profile events or thought leadership; strong executive storytelling skills; comfort influencing in matrixed environments.
Bachelors degree
Proven experience and passion for building events that change people’s lives and the ability to travel for scheduled events when needed

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
