We’re searching for a North America based Sr. Manager, Implementation Services to join our Implementation team, so that we can drive impactful SaaS platform deployments for leading healthcare organizations. The Sr. Manager, Implementation Services will oversee multiple implementation teams (Policy Management, Audits & Standards) to ensure the successful delivery of standardized SaaS platform deployments.
How You’ll Spend Your Time

Consolidate best practices across multiple implementation teams, enforcing standardized deployment methodologies and configuration frameworks

Analyze service delivery workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement optimization initiatives across teams.

Reinforce service standards by coordinating with partner teams, ensuring expectations and objectives are met throughout delivery cycles

Map and address recurring service delivery challenges, identifying root causes and developing systematic, practical responses

Deliver continuous improvement programs, applying process redesign and execution discipline to enhance team performance
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Previous Professional Services management experience, ideally managing team(s) responsible for delivering enterprise-wide SaaS software systems to healthcare organizations

Demonstrated capability to think strategically, plan, influence, and lead a team through a large change from phase-based assignments to full-cycle delivery

In-depth knowledge on how to implement standardized SaaS platforms, optimize operational workflows, and ensure customer adoption and satisfaction

Ability to travel within North America approximately 20% of the time

Sincere interest in learning new software systems, tools, and processes
