This role will be based in GGN / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

The purpose of this job is to deliver high quality solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders. It contributes to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and clients / customers.
Perform Planning activities to determine the best approach and techniques for self on the project
Analyse requirements, solution analysis and estimate of effort for detailed quotes within the analysts’ expertise
Perform stakeholder analysis and establish strong stakeholder relationships
Ensure requirements traceability is managed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Perform solution analysis to ensure that solution meets the needs of the requirements
Prepare functional and technical specifications, including mapping for all registry and ancillary systems
Elicit existing processes, document Current State, analyse change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to BAU;
Adhering to the User Centred Design processes, working to agreed sprint and release plans
Support test team activities including triage and impact analysis
Contribute to the development of new artefacts for re-use and to improve efficiency
Provide learnings back to Analyst Team and to contribute to continuous improvement

What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills:
Graduates with minimum 9 years’ experience in service industry
Domain & Tools :
Subject Matter Expert in Wealth (DB/DC) domain
Experienced on wealth platforms - Pension Manager, IPAS, Open, Calc Studio, Sonata, Superb
Detailed understanding of Implementation life cycles:
Analysis
Should be expert with doing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and techniques.
Ability to forecast and plan resources for the project and estimate timelines.
Responsible for delivering all projects, scoping, resourcing, prioritization and providing estimates to stakeholders.
Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Solution Evaluation
Testing :
Breakpoint analysis of High complexity requirements to create a detailed test plan and corresponding user stories.
Configuration:
Subject Matter Expert in Calculator
Well versed with System Integration concept
Must have pension DB understanding and knowledge of acquirer calculation
Project / Task Management:
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Service Now (now SPM) – Demand, Capacity and Allocation, Project Tracking
Expert in using JIRA for day to day task management
Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines.
Should have the ability to collate and analyze project metrics.
Ability to manage (delivery, Quality & tracking) projects.
Understand the SOW, scope agreed, and SLAs agreed with client – connect with CRM and Sales team.

Skills Required
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 9 years of experience in the service industry
- Subject matter expertise in the wealth domain, including defined benefit and defined contribution pensions
- Experience with Pension Manager, IPAS, Open, Calc Studio, Sonata, and Superb wealth platforms
- Expertise in root cause analysis, requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation lifecycle activities
- Ability to forecast and plan project resources, estimate timelines, scope work, and manage delivery
- Experience creating detailed test plans and user stories for complex requirements
- Subject matter expertise in calculator configuration and knowledge of pension DB calculations and acquirer calculation
- Understanding of system integration concepts
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience using ServiceNow SPM for demand, capacity, allocation, and project tracking
- Expertise using JIRA for day-to-day task management
