imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG) is an innovative incubation space dedicated to empowering and enabling working professionals to create change and make a difference in the community through a suite of curated programmes and volunteering opportunities.As a Senior Manager, you will lead the brand, marketing, communications and audience engagement efforts, ensuring that iHLG’s programmes and initiatives are clearly positioned, relevant and accessible to the communities we seek to engage. [What you will be working on]
Brand & Strategic Communications
- Develop and lead iHLG’s brand, marketing and communications strategy across relevant channels and platforms.
- Shape the positioning, messaging and audience propositions for programmes, initiatives and key organisational priorities.
- Lead content strategy, storytelling and campaigns to drive awareness, participation and sustained engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging and audience experience across relevant touchpoints.
Audience Engagement & Insights
- Use audience insights, trends and engagement data to strengthen communications, campaigns and audience experience.
- Identify new channels, formats and engagement opportunities to strengthen iHLG’s reach and relevance.
- Work closely with programme leads to translate programmes and initiatives into compelling audience propositions and communications.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and manage partnerships that strengthen iHLG’s brand, reach and engagement with working professionals.
- Work across teams and with partners and stakeholders to amplify initiatives and ensure alignment in positioning and communications.
- Identify opportunities to leverage partnerships, platforms and networks to extend iHLG’s reach to working professionals.
Team & Organisational Management
- Lead and develop staff, providing direction and support to ensure effective delivery across priorities and workstreams.
- Oversee budgets, procurement and resource utilisation, ensuring compliance and the effective and responsible use of resources.
- Engage and work closely with iHLG’s Advisory Committee, facilitating discussions and translating relevant guidance and recommendations into action.
- Provide recommendations to management on opportunities, priorities and areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant experience in programme development, partnership management or related fields.
- Experience supervising or leading a team, with the ability to provide direction and develop staff.
- Strong project, stakeholder and relationship management skills.

- A proactive self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership and exercises good judgement in knowing when to act independently and when to consult others.
