Represent Identity and Enterprise Security in project work, providing professional guidance and advice and ensuring delivery in line with Standards and IAM principles.

• Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX etc
• Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes;
• Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management;
• Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting;
• Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues;
• Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process.

Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels.

Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them.

Understand the risk and controls around the platforms.

Be able to appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence.

Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings.

Focus on scalability, resilience, security, quality and continuous rigour to reduce technical debt.

Skills Required

  • Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and development
  • Performing installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Developing build map rules, LCM events, workflows, and advanced IIQ configurations (workflows, rules, reports)
  • Aggregating and provisioning users using connectors
  • Application onboarding including creation, correlation, and build map rule configuration
  • Role mining, role modeling assistance and configuration
  • Risk/SOD configuration and implementation consulting
  • Experience with product version upgrades, patch installation and SDLC deployments (UAT/Production)
  • Developing audit reports, templates, and running audit reports for SOX/compliance
  • Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technical engineers and provide mentoring/knowledge transfer
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to articulate business value to senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of risk and controls around identity platforms
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to produce documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
