Responsibilities:
Process mapping & playbooks
Executing exceptional recruitment processes starts with a comprehensive understanding of your end-to-end processes.
- You can bring cross functional HR and business teams together to map out our e2e recruitment journey
- You highlight interfacing and interdependencies between teams which enable you to understand how to effectively manage an entire process with seamless integration between different players and partners to the process
- You (co) develop a playbook which stands as your single source of truth for how recruitment gets done, focusing on synergistic and scalable work with local market and brand nuances
Technology
You get to know our technology platform(s) and landscape and can effectively understand:
- How, where and why to suggest improvements (ORC revamp or new ATS implementation)
- Technology evaluation and adoption: where we can bring in new technologies and innovation to improve our TA tech stack
- Ensuring that there is a model around data governance and accuracy that enables us to get our work done without errors
- Process automation and workflow
Agency engagement, management and PSL agreements
Our organization’s recruitment is managed through the efforts of our in-house teams, coupled with strategic external partnerships to bring us top talent. You will be leading:
- Scouting, assessing and ongoing partnership management
- Partnering with internal teams (procurement, finance, legal) to ensure we have robust contracts in place considering quality & ethical standards, commercials and deliverables
- Additional project scope may include PO’s & invoice management; supplier integration into our systems, compliance
EVP & Employer Branding
- You will work on our employer branding project with internal and external partners to ensure we understand how to effectively position ourselves as an employer of choice in the external talent market
Additional project scope coverage may include
- Onboarding experience, significantly focused on global relocations
- Concepting and implementing an outstanding candidate experience
- Recruiter training & skills development
- Recruitment innovation
To manage these projects and additional upcoming scope of work most effectively, you will have robust project management methodologies that you can use and a PM mindset that you bring to your work to ensure there is clarity, tracking and accountability for delivery of recruitment related initiatives.
Skills Required
- End-to-end recruitment process mapping and cross-functional stakeholder facilitation
- Develop recruitment playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Experience evaluating and implementing ATS and TA technology solutions
- Data governance and maintaining recruitment data accuracy
