Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, HRBP position will be responsible for the management of one of the Insulation, Sealing, & Construction (ISC) Group business units with locations in North America, Europe, India, and Latin America.  The role will collaborate with at least one General Manager and their team to create and implement comprehensive people and organizational solutions that foster an organization capable of achieving significant and sustainable growth.  It will manage a global HR team to support both the manufacturing and commercial teams.  This position requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, executional focus, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with corporate business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive growth.
  • Talent Management Advisory: Provide expert advice and coaching to business leaders on a wide range of talent management topics, including competency frameworks, organizational design, workforce planning, talent selection, training needs assessment, executive coaching, performance management, retention strategies, and succession planning.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and guidance to both employees and management to foster a positive work environment.  Coach and guide team members through union and works council negotiations in various capacities throughout the globe.
  • Efficiency and Results: Drive organizational efficiency and positive outcomes through workforce analytics, lean initiatives, aligning systems, processes, and structures to promote desired behaviors and enhance employee engagement.
  • Financial Stewardship: Achieve sustainable business results through prudent management of people costs, assisting the business in making informed decisions regarding people investments.
  • Change Management and Communications: Lead and support change management initiatives, helping to navigate organizational transformations and ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.  Lead employee communication efforts within your business segment to foster transparency and engagement.

All the above is done with collaboration with leaders that span across corporate, business, and Global HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Experience working in industrials industry with a global footprint is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent analytic, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to handle a diverse and heavy workload.
  • Experience with Workday (preferred).
