What You’ll Take On

  • Responsible for managing a team to maintain Workday HCM, Time and Payroll
  • Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Take-Two
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes. 
  • Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions. 
  • Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments. 
  • Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Core HCM, Time and Payroll
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives. 
  • Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders. 
  • Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap for Core HCM, Time and Payroll


What You Bring

  • Proven HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility with a focus on Workday Advanced Comp, Benefits and Absence
  • 8+ years hands on Global HRIS experience (management or analyst), with a strong focus on Workday
  • 4+ years of effective people leadership and management experience in a virtual environment
  • Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential employee data.
  • Industry knowledge (Preferrable)
  • IT Systems Project management
  • Strong ability to map different business models and objectives into software solutions.
  • Strong change management ability and experience
  • Motivate team to achieve desired business objectives
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction to Workday team.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including internal technical and business clients and Finance functions.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $155,800 and $230,560 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
