US Mobile is looking for a Head of Operations for Lahore who loves ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can be the glue that keeps teams, projects, and people moving in the right direction.
This isn't your typical operations role.
You'll be the on-ground leader for one of our largest offices, representing leadership, driving accountability, solving problems before they become problems, and helping create a workplace where people can do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing
Run the Lahore Office
Act as the primary leadership representative for the Lahore office.
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across teams.
Create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
Drive Execution
Keep key initiatives, projects, and action items moving.
Coordinate across departments and ensure follow-through.
Identify roadblocks early and help remove them quickly.
Be the Leadership Bridge
Act as the eyes and ears of senior leadership on the ground.
Surface risks, opportunities, and employee feedback.
Help translate strategy into execution.
Lead People
Support managers, team leads, and employees.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
Help maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.
Own the Details
Oversee facilities, vendors, workplace operations and office administration.
Ensure the office experience reflects US Mobile's culture and standards.
Skills Required
- Proven leadership managing on-site office operations and teams
- Experience driving execution of key initiatives and cross-department coordination
- Ability to identify and remove operational roadblocks quickly
- Experience overseeing facilities, vendors, workplace operations, and office administration
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to represent senior leadership on-site
- Proven ability to foster accountability, ownership, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
- Excellent communication skills to surface risks, opportunities, and feedback
