In addition to portfolio leadership, you will oversee the operational foundation of GTM Transformation & Programs team. You will establish norms, manage the operating cadences, coordinate offsites and strategic sessions, and strengthen communication structures. A key part of this role will to serve as a trusted thought partner and extension of the Head of GTM Transformation & Programs.

A key part of this role is partnering with governance groups—including the Program Management Office (PMO) and Transformation Management Office (TMO)—to maintain, evolve, and govern program management methodologies. You will also contribute to the evolution of program and portfolio tooling, with a strong focus on Airtable. You will manage and develop a small, high-performing team while modeling operational rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the portfolio by driving adoption of shared processes, templates, data structures, and governance practices

  • Govern the portfolio on an ongoing basis by maintaining data quality, compliance with standards, and alignment with operating rhythms

  • Identify cross-portfolio connections, dependencies, risks, and resourcing considerations, drive alignment and action across teams

  • Provide clear, actionable insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions about scope, sequencing, and investment

Team Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Design and manage operating rhythms for the leadership team, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, decision-making cadences, and review forums

  • Establish and reinforce team norms, communication practices, and workflows that promote alignment, transparency, and organizational efficiency

  • Coordinate leadership offsites, strategic planning sessions, organizational reviews, and other key touchpoints that strengthen cohesion and team performance

  • Serve as an integrator across the leadership team, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities are well understood

  • Support broader organizational processes and communication channels to promote clarity, engagement, and consistent ways of working across teams

  • Drive adoption of shared processes, governance standards, and operating practices across the organization

Program Management Methodology & Tooling

  • Partner with the PMO to maintain, evolve, and govern program management methodologies

  • Ensure methodologies and governance standards are applied consistently across teams

  • Co-develop improvements to program management tooling—including Airtable architectures, automations, templates, and governance artifacts

  • Support continuous improvement of program operations, reporting structures, KPIs, and ways of working

Data, Insights, and Decision Support

  • Develop metrics and reporting that convert program and portfolio data into actionable insights

  • Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategic prioritization discussions with high-quality analysis and recommendations

  • Prepare clear, executive-ready narratives that synthesize complex information into focused insights

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure portfolio and program activities align with business priorities

  • Influence without authority to drive adoption of new processes, governance models, and ways of working

  • Facilitate conversations that resolve ambiguity, surface issues early, and promote coordinated execution

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team focused on portfolio analytics, tooling, governance, and operational excellence

  • Support skill development, provide clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

  • Model strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience producing executive-ready insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities

  • Experience managing or coaching teams and fostering high performance
